“This was my first experience with “hammock ownership” and the Nakie did not disappoint! It’s incredibly well-made. The attached bag makes it a snap to take out and put away. But the real winner is the straps that are included. They support a TONNE (actually 450kg) of weight, and they are so simple to adjust to your preferred height. You do not need two perfectly spaced and sized trees to make this hammock work. It is a dream! We brought it on a large family trip and everyone - from age 2 to 70 - was in love. I don’t think it was empty the entire weekend! The olive green was exactly as pictured and blended right in with nature (which is what we wanted - but I have no doubt the other colours would be just as beautiful). I want to offer some critique so that you don’t think this is a fake/paid review, but there is genuinely nothing we don’t love about it!”

“It's a quality product with a well designed system that sets up really easily. However, I found it very uncomfortable. When I lay lengthwise in the traditional hammock position the sides closed up around me almost completely so I couldn't see out at all to enjoy my surroundings. This left me feeling uncomfortable and vulnerable so I was unable to relax, surely the main point of enjoyment when using a hammock. I see now that the photos on your website and insta are of people sitting sideways or with their arms outside the hammock keeping the sides down. I tried positioning myself in order to do this but it was too uncomfortable. I am 5'2" and 140lbs so pretty average. I haven't returned it as I'm passing it on as a gift to someone who hopefully will have more success with it.”
