“I ordered the towels for a gift on 3 December to be shipped for NSW. Today 13th of December and still there is no update on the tracking number. I have been in contact with Nakie and Aramex and no one knows where the parcel is. Very disappointing as from Brisbane to NSW Newcastle it should be only a few days. The gift didn't make it on someone's birthday so it is very disappointing. Now we don't even know if it will arrive before Christmas. Aramex has some issues and it is not good enough as a service. Unfortunately, I am not happy as a customer, and zero compensation was made from Nakie as well. Won't order it again and won't recommend it.”
“Love it for several reasons. It absorbs very well much better than the cotton towels I had been using. It also takes up much less room. The water proof pouch is a nice touch - very solid and really nice looking.
Love the environmental element both in the production and with the tree planting after the fact”
