“Me and 5 other friends went rafting on a girls trip to the NOC and had an absolute blast! The experience was awesome and we’d 10000% do it again! This review is really about our raft guide though… Caroline was a DARLING!!! She was very knowledgeable, hilarious, and single-handedly MADE the experience— we did several rock spins and just had a blast (perhaps a raise is in order? ). And!! She recommended a delicious lunch place for us in Bryson City (go check out Rice Wagon). She was the best! P.s. we caught the first Eddie… kinda a big deal or whatever…”

“Our family had a great time! Michael was a fantastic guide and very knowledgable. Our 8 and 11 year old had never been white water rafting before and definitely had a great experience. With the higher water levels, the rapids were challenging!”

“Chip was a great guide for our 1/2-day trip down a 'fast' French Broad! We were celebrating our 22 year old's first real job: what a memorable way to usher in "adulthood!!" Many thanks for a great ride:)”

“This was my second time rafting the French Broad with NOC. My family heard about what a wonderful experience I had and just had to go. We had a different guide this time, Chip, but he was just as good as our last guide. He even saw that my 11 year old daughter wasn‚Äôt getting the full experience, so had her move up front just in time to get a face full of water. Of course, we got pictures of that. This is such a professional, experienced organization, everything was taken care of. If you get a chance to take the full day, please do so, but if you have little ones, this might be the perfect Introduction.”
