“WELL I LOVE GOING IN THE SUMMERTIME IS I LOVED PIGEON FORGE TOWNSEND GATLINBURG CHEROKEE I LOVE TOO GOING IN ACROSSING THE TENNESSEE RIVER OFF ACROSSING SHORE THE SEA I COULD I KNOW THE TENNESSEE VILLAGE I LOVE THE MOUNTAINS BETTER I LOVE BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY I KNOW HOW I LIKE TOWNSEND WALLAND THE FOOTHILLS PARKWAY OFF I KNOW THE TENNESSEE I KNOW I LOVE THE WATER OFF THE MOUNTAINS MAYBE COULD I LOVE NORTH CAROLINA I LOVE TOO RIDING THE HODE THE CANOE WELL I KNOW I DON,T RIDING THE BOAT I KNOW I,VE GETTING DRAWNING THE WET WHILE STILL HOT WEATHER”

“My family has been rafting with the NOC several times now, and every trip has been great. This time we had Sydney as our guide, and she did a fantastic job. Great river, fun rapids, and an all-around awesome experience.”

“This was the first time our 5 yr old grandson had been rafting and this was the perfect trip for him. Our guide, Nicole was great with him and made it a fun trip. Hopefully we have planted a seed and he will do many more rafting trips.”

“Booked a trip for 5 on the scenic trip on the lower river. We had an excellent trip with Joseph! So glad we chose NOC. To start, the location was easy to find, the facilities were clean, employees friendly. They provide floatation devices, helmets for the kids, paddles, and of course, the raft. They also take photos of your trip at several points on the river--we loved this! The day we went was beautiful! Conditions were great. The lower river gives you a calm trip, perfect for the kids with some quicker water in parts, enough to thrill you but not so much that the little ones are scared. They keep the fun going with water cannons on the calmer water. You can also get out of the raft and float in the river at two points. I'm so glad I opted to do this--water was nice, felt safe, and got to experience it. What a beautiful way to see the Smoky mountains! Rafting with NOC was the highlight of our trip to the Smokies! I want to go again! Would recommend rafting with NOC to everyone.”

“They give you a guide so that can be a damper if you like to be the driver. The lower is slow so only take it if you have little ones or really old ones.”

“Kind of a last minute decision to go rafting bit we purchased our tickets at NOC in Gatlinburg for same day trip down the lower pigeon. Our 5yr old loved it as much as we did.... probably a bit more. They valued safety with a pretty thorough safety talk. we had the 4 of us and a guide. Cat was great, recent graduate in bio studies from Geneva College. I believe she said she has been guiding for 5 yrs. She was a lot of fun. Pick out a good water gun for river battles! Ours sucked. Give your kids a chance to paddle. We only lost one paddle, but were able to retrieve it easily. Even with low water conditions, the river moved fantastically. For 3 adults and 1 child it was about 114 and the trio lasted about 2hrs on the river.”
