“I had never been white water rafting, although my boyfriend raved about it once I suggested we go while visiting family in North Carolina. From the moment we met our guides, we were pumped! Alex was so friendly, warm and welcoming. He made sure that everyone on our raft understood how to work together, stay safe and have fun. Since it was my first time, I was a little nervous. I can say for sure that the Nantahala river was the perfect introductory course. By the last rapid, I was craving more! I look forward to my next rafting trip on an intermediate course. Alex and the team enabled me to feel confident and hungry for more!”

“Arthur was our guide. Our experience was wonderful. My husband and 2 grandchildren went. Last time I went rafting on Nantahala was when I took my daughter and son when they were almost teenagers. Very enjoyable.”
