“Loading seven passengers on the raft is not safe. Sitting a passenger on the raft rim by the guide was a bad experience. If the guide out weighs the passengers by several pounds this position is similar to a trampoline. When guide goes down passenger is thrown up off the rim. This is very dangerous for the passenger.”

“We had SUCH a grand time with Phil, our boat guide I am honestly worried about coming back again. I say that because it cannot get any better!!!! He was funny, engaging, told stories about the rapids, entered the rapids at different angles to splash just so, had us practice our final rapid, treated my granddaughter with enthusiasm and patience and had her loving the trip, we had a perfect 3rd class rapid experience and the picture was PERFECT. I cannot say how great it all was!!!!!!! Many thanks to Phil!!!!”
