“Our rafting trip was so much fun. The weather was perfect, scenery was beautiful, guide was awesome and the water level was up and rough enough. Your staff is well trained and seem to enjoy their jobs. Your preparations for our trip made us feel ready and confident. Age is not a factor, if you are healthy. We are 66 and 71 and had a blast.”

“Our goal for every vacation is to do something we have never done before. Because of our yearly visits to the NOC store in Gatlinburg (it is our favorite place), I started investigating what it was all about. We have an 11 year old and we were nervous about white water rafting, but I decided maybe this could be the year. The website was so excellent in guiding me through the selection of the right place for us. And the moment we arrived in the gorge I knew - this was our place. The process was so smooth. Every question I asked was answered, and answered so nicely by the way. Thank goodness for the store where we were able to pick up wool socks! Everything is there in case you find yourself needing something. The safety talk-thru was thorough and fun, calming any nerves, but also very practical. The rafting was so excellent! Just enough excitement mixed with floating for first timers. We all left the raft laughing and completely delighted with ourselves. After we dried off we went for a warm meal along the river. Just the best capper to the day. Hands down for all of us it was truly the highlight of our trip - which is huge as it was competing with our 11 year old finally aging into driving his own go kart at one of the dozens of go kart tracks. We left the gorge that day, but are still carrying it with us. Thank you for one of the best family days our little family has ever had.”
