“The raft trip was great! Marty was an excellent guide! The river was beautiful! It’s not a thrilling raft trip but a very beautiful and peaceful one! After our raft trip we went to Rivers End restaurant. We were told the wait would be about an hour. After 1h 15m, we checked in and were told they didn’t have us on the wait list (even though we had a text confirmation). Finally a lovely woman showed up and said she would seat us any way. We waited at our table for another 20-30 min without service. Nothing was offered or comped for the series of customer service errors. Our dining experience from check in to paying the check was 415p-730p. Once we finally got served, the food was pretty good. I notified customer service of our experience and never received a response. So what started off as a 5 star day with the rafting diminished with the experience of the rest of the day.”

“We had a great time on the Fully Guided Whitewater Rafting Tour! There was only part at the end where the water was pretty challenging. We'd recommend it for beginning rafters (which we were). Also, the facilities were quite nice & the cafe served delicious BBQ sandwiches.”

“Our guide, Kyle, made our rafting trip celebrating our nephew's graduation from high school both fun and informative. Even a summer rainstorm couldn't dampen his enthusiasm, or ours, as he kept us engaged and involved in his efforts to navigate our raft safely yet joyously through rapids he seemed to know like the back of his hand but approached with a 'first-timer's' sense of adventure to match our own.”

“Great time with three 1968 HS friends, all of us 71! (Still active and adventurous!) One had never rafted and all loved it! Rob was a fun and good guide! Love the fact that you can change wet clothes at the NOC ending.”

“This was our first time white water rafting and it was an absolute blast. The NOC was very organized and the guides were terrific. From the orientation, bus ride and rafting, the guides were engaging, funny and very encouraging. Our raft guide, Jackson, made us laugh, talked about the history of the river and kept us pumped throughout the 8 mile ride. Thank you NOC!”
