“It was our first time. I booked a unguided tour first in error online. The agent at the center was able to change it to guided for the following day. The guide was friendly and professional. Understood my concerns and asked for level of fun we were ready to engage in. He set the expectations very accurately. The rapids were 1 and 2 with couple of type 3s. Weather was awesome. We had a blast! This is truly a beginner learning experience for all first timers. If you ever thought of doing it then it’s money well spent on a group activity. My children loved it so much they are ready for the 4s and 5 rapids next. NOC organization helped us create a great family vacation memory. We’ll definitely do it again next summer.”

“This was our favorite part of vacation! We were very impressed by the precautions taken for Covid and felt safe the entire time. Our guide, Brian, was phenomenal and made the experience hilarious and so much fun! Highly recommended!”
