“Purchased Mesmereyes Mascara. Whole not what I was expecting, I have come to like it very much. Goes on easily- though the wetness of mascara means it transfers to my eyelids all too easily.
Once on and dry this mascara is "bulletproof". I love it's durability till I'm trying to remove it. I use AutoPilot and 2-Step makeup remover followed by face cleanser and I still can't get all this mascara off. Personally, I will live with mascara fused to my eyelashes over mascara that flakes or smudges.
Napoleon Perdis has always made quality products. I'm sad they aren't sold by U.S. retailers by direct, online, works well for me!

Thank you for your feedback. We recommend using an oil cleanser like our Rebirth of Venus Skin Renewal Cleansing Oil (https://napoleonperdis.com/products/rebirth-of-venus-skin-renewal-cleansing-oil) for waterproof makeup removal. This one must be used as a dry cleanse only, which means the oil is applied directly to the face/makeup with no water. Massage the product all over the face including the eye area with either your hands or a muslin cloth and rinse. Follow with a second cleanser to deeply clean the skin after makeup wear.
