“I’m still in disbelief on how quickly my order was processed and shipped. My stools arrived within 24 hrs of purchasing, I’m blown away!!! I was updated on the status of my order periodically, LOVE IT. These stools are easy to assemble and exactly as described. I’m 1000% satisfied with my purchase. First time buying from Nathan James and will be purchasing more furniture. Stools made a great addition to my kitchen island.”

“I mistakenly ordered the wrong size stools for my counter. I received the bar height stools and put one together and realized it was too tall. I emailed customer service at Nathan James and received a reply the following day, confirming that I had ordered the bar height stools by mistake. They sent out the correct counter height stools the following day and said that I didn't need to repackage and send back the other stools. I was blown away by this!! This is what excellent customer service looks like. As for the stools...I love them!! They are comfortable and look great with my decor. They are sturdy and appear to be well made. I will be shopping at Nathan James a lot in the future for all of my furniture needs!”

“I sent an email immediately the day my stools arrived as the price changed to $98 for 2 when I just paid $69.97 each. I had not heard back and this is not good customer service. It’s not like I bought them 3 months ago. I literally saw the price change the day my stools arrived !!”
