“Ordered a set of 6 chairs to go with a table I built for our deck. Install was pretty straight forward and the only issue was one of the seat cushions straps had the same Velcro side stitched in, not allowing the strap to stay secured. Called customer service to just request a new pad is sent. They replied they couldn’t send an individual piece and instead sent an entire new chair, which shipped out the next day and will be here soon. So very small issue but was handled very well. Would say chairs are good quality albeit expensive, so appreciate the issue being handled the way it was.”
