“We had searched for months for counter height bar stools, finding NONE that met our criteria. We needed some that took up less space in the room. We wanted a strong welded together metal base as the old ones we screwed into wood and these would constantly come loose. We didn't want a super modern look, but not a farmhouse rustic either. These are the perfect blend of modern with a hint of farmhouse with the faux leather padded cushion tops. When ordering they estimated about 10 days and they arrived early! They were wrapped so incredibly well that by the time I got the second one unwrapped, my husband already had the first one assembled. Easiest assembly we've ever experienced. We did find a blemish on one of the leather-like seats that appears to be in the textile itself, but Nathan James was quick to resolve that! Their customer service is the best I've experienced. They stayed in contact with me via email from the order, to updates, to making good on the flawed piece, and incredibly fast delivery. We love these. They are perfect for our space. Oh, and they don't scratch your wood floors! We did get some felt bottom silicone leg protectors just for added insurance and they match the black matte finish so you don't even see them. Thank you Nathan James. And, no, I'm not being paid to give a good review. It was a great experience all the way through. I just wish Nathan James had more options for furniture. We'd definitely buy again.”

“These were so well priced and are very high quality. More than that, I accidentally shipped these to our old house in a different state. Nathan James immediately sent me replacements without charging me anything for mu mistake. I was shocked. Then they checked in to make sure I received and liked them! Not used to that level of customer service these days. Very kind company.”
