“The CSR team was very prompt in following up to ensure I knew exactly when I would receive my set, in time for vistors coming into town. Once shipped, they sent another email and provided me with the tracking info. The quality is perfect, assembly was easy. Bottom cushions are very firm. This is what I wanted for longevity... and added softer accent pillows. Aboslutely love this set!”
