“Over the years we have shopped for and bought many sets of dining or bar or counter chairs due to frequent moves and available space. In store and online shopping each have their own set of challenges with either a store’s buyer’s design eye not matching yours or the unknown quality of what is available online. And, not to mention, who should ever really buy a single chair at an $800 or $900 price? I mean, come on. We took a chance with buying online with Nathan James because of the esthetic look we were looking for in our new home and the online reviews of the product quality. Which we all know that believing reviews today is a risk with companies paying people to review products. I have never been happier with a furniture purchase. From the ordering process to the customer service experience the way the Nathan James product as a whole is being run is hands down a delight. The quality of the chairs we purchased are exactly what we have been looking for. They are beautiful. They are comfortable. They were easy to assemble. And, the price for such a quality product is more than reasonable. The website is clear and easy to navigate. The customer service is prompt and friendly and it is clear that customer care and satisfaction is overall important. Truly, a delightful experience that will bring me back to shop again. Oh, and this is not a paid review.”
