“I purchased these before the start of the holidays. One chair, the legs are very uneven so the chair rocks back-and-forth. There’s no way to fix that. On the second chair, on the seat area, where the screw attaches to the seat it is missing the metal that grips onto the screw. There’s no way to get a screw into the bottom of the seat. I have called the The company several times and have sent a message, no reply as of today. Not very happy nor what I recommend the company or the barstools.”

“We ordered 4 of the counter stools. They arrived quickly and were easy to put together. Sadly 2 of the 4 had defects. Ben from customer service was awesome. Quickly ordering us 2 more chairs once he saw the pictures of the issue. Great Customer Service. Despite the 2 stools being defective I gave 5 stars for the prompt attention Ben gave to our issue. Will order from Nathan James again.”

“Even after retightening all of the screws, these stools still wobble. For the price, they should be better quality. Cute stools, but not great.”
