“I ordered 3 stools and called support with an issue with one of the stools. The representative promptly offered to rectify the issue right away and did. She really wanted me to be satisfied with my order so asked if there anything else that needed attention. I did have a wobble with one of the other chairs but thought maybe I live with it. She wanted to take care of that as well and make sure I was completely happy with my order. It is great to find a company that stands behind delighting their customers.”

“I ordered a really expensive bar stool set from a different company and experienced multiple delays and slow communication. I ended up seeing these bar stools from Nathan James and it was the same color palette I was looking for except these have a half back which I loved! I placed an order and my chairs came the VERY NEXT DAY and I was super pleased with the swift delivery and the chair quality is amazing. I got 5 chairs for half the price of what I paid for my other bar stools (which still haven’t arrived!!) and I will definitely be returning them once I get them and keeping these beautiful Nathan James additions to me home.”

“I love the look of these chairs! They are comfy, but not as comfy as I hoped based on the other reviews I read. To be fair, I just set them up, and so haven't spent much time sitting in them yet. I totally wouldn't be surprised if the cushions soften up a little with some use. I am very happy with my purchase!!”

“I ordered the bar stools late last year, 2023. The bar stools are elegant and in mordern style. The instruction is easy to understand, the workmanship is perfect, the hardware is also included, nothing is missing and the stool after assembling is very sturdy & pretty. The only thing that make me unhappy is the cushion is not soft & not comfortable. I contacted Nathan James customer service and let them know right away. More than I expected, the company said they will make the customer happy by replacing the stools. However, the new shipment is not coming until mid Feb, 2024. Honestly, I did not have high hope in this promising. Nathan James has kept ther promise. On Feb 14, I has received an email from Ray, customer service dept., Ray informed me that a new shipment for better cushion will coming but a little late, and she has emailed keep me updated even the tardiness is only one week. The shipment was delivered to my house on Feb 22 and as promise by Nathan James, the new cushion is much softer and comfortable. I rarely writing review but I think I should let everyone know that Nathan James has the best customer service and their products is decent, their price is reasonable. .”
