“We love the look, size and style of the bar stools. They shipped quickly and arrived with no damage. They are easy to assemble, but somewhat difficult to get them leveled. After several attempts to loosen and adjust, 3/5 still have a bit of a wobble. My husband does woodworking, so we are experienced with tools/assembly.”

“We ordered these barstools to replace ones We didn’t really like., we originally saw these online and never heard of Nathan James, placed an order on a Sunday and was delivered on a Tuesday. I was amazed on how fast the delivery was. The instructions were really easy and had good humor. The quality of the barstools are top-notch and are really modern trendy and Stylish. We absolutely love the way they look in our kitchen and they’re very comfortable. We will definitely be ordering more from Nathan james in the near future.”

“Exactly as described on website. Excellent customer service for any questions and concerns. Pay attention to the measurements when you order. If the chair wobbles after assembling, that means you didn’t tighten/loose the screws and bolts all the same level. Adjust the “75%” tight as stated on the manual for all screws and it will come out exactly how it should be. It is much better than expected, most of all, it is comfortable to sit on. I hope the cushions last long because it looks thin which I like the look of it yet I don’t feel the frame when sitting so it does has good enough cushion.”
