“These bar stools look great. They’re sturdy yet very comfortable too. I had a small problem with the fabric on one of the chairs but customer service was excellent and took care of my issue right away. I ordered the ivory so I definitely recommend a fabric spray protector of some sort. Highly recommend!”

“The material on the stools looks cheap, like we've had them for a long time. Not very comfortable. We needed something quick so we decided to keep them for the time being, but will definitely replace them soon. You get what you pay for in this case.”

“The Gracie counter stool style is beautiful although it would be beneficial to have a couple fabric options to select from, and the foam quality could be a bit more dense for durability. The customer service is very responsive and aim to please. One of the best I've experienced in the industry. I will shop here again. Thank you for taking care of your customer!”

“We recently remodeled our kitchen and decided to purchase a set of Gracie bar stools for the island. They were more sturdy than we expected for the price range, and are very comfortable to boot. All in all, a good choice for us. I took time to put them together and it was straight forward and simple. I would recommend using a little wood glue while assembling them.”

“The quality of the stools are great quality and exceeded our expectations. The delivery was fast, the instructions to put the chair together were very clear. We did run into a small issue where we had to contact customer service via email. They responded the same day (on a weekend) and had the problem resolved right away. These bar stools are super comfortable. I highly recommend them.”

“The 4 chairs I purchased have comfortable fabric, but I had no ability to feel it or think about how it might get dirty via an online purchase. The chairs will look great at my breakfast bar, but I fear over a very short time greasy / dirty hands the chair fabric will be dirty. I expect the need to reupholster the fabric within 2 years.”

Since the barstools will be placed in a high-traffic area within the house, it is inevitable for it to be exposed to dirt. Regularly cleaning the stools can help maintain it's quality and also as a preventative measure, you can opt to use chair covers or fabric protectors to shield the fabric from spills and stains.
