“I am mostly satisfied with our new counter stools. The order & communications process was good, and shipping was good. The only issue I had was with the assembly, which I think was oversimplified in the marketing descriptions, at an estimated 20 minutes. It's not as if I've never put pieces of furniture before - I am experienced at it. The problem is the holes drilled to receive the machine bolts were not drilled exactly, and as a result, it took a fair amount of time to get them in place. It's not a big deal and they are a good product, but it's enough to turn a 5 star into a 4 star. My recommendation is that you use a fixed jig to drill these holes so they would be more exact.”

“It’s not as advertised in pictures, the material isn’t the faux leather you would think. It’s almost a suede material, loved the style of the chair just not the seating part for the price.”

“I have order 3 additional stools in bar height as opposed to counter height. Cannot wait to have them delivered. The counter height stool is quite beautiful and comfortable. And it was easy to assemble! Love Love Love it!”
