“They look great but one of the 3 chairs I ordered has ink stains on the material near the bottom of the chair and is visible with the chair in an upright position. Its such a pain to send back and wait for a replacement especially because I travel.”

“These chairs are cute. After some replacements (because of upholstery stains and uneven legs), we no longer have issues with the new upholstery, but the legs are still wobbly with two of the 3 chairs we received. The chairs have good space, but the seat cushions already have some dents parts where people sit, after two and a half week of use roughly 1 hr/day). Top chair is unused, bottom two are used as comparison.”

“Comfortable chairs and pretty easy to assible after the first one. The build quality is pretty poor. You can tell it was all rushed to be put together. wood glue all over the place holes splintered at the end of majority of holes. Holes to screw in the screws to tightning foot rest not in the right spot on one of the chairs. so it will roate if used. 2 of the 3 are not leveled and will rock with nobody sitting in it. perfectly fine if someone is sitting in it. Most pieces seem to not perfectly fit together and have small gaps (not very noticeable). That being said most of those thing will not be seen and does look pretty good once assembled.”

“Minimalist, low profile. Light airy look, exactly what I was looking for. I looked on line, at many stores and catalogs, these were the winner. Strongly suggest if you plan to use Scotchgard, to apply before assembling the chairs. Do not get it on the wood.”

“I purchased a set of three and they look great in my kitchen. The only problem I have is that after a few days I have to retighten the screws. Waiting to see if it’s a defect or if my chairs will be replaced. Other than that the stools are beautiful.”

“1/3 of the attachment fittings were either stripped, not inserted deeply enough to secure the hex bolts, etc. I had to call a contractor friend who helped re-engineer these to be safe! Obviously designed by marketing department, not engineers! Plus the seat fabric is already wrinkling on Day One! Total garbage, sold with fancy pictures. And at nearly $200 each?”

“These are great quality chairs that spruce up my decor! They were easy to put together-- I used my electric drill bits and hex key. They look like the pictures and the seats are much more comfortable than I was expecting. They are quite wide so they are very comfy. Also, one arrived a bit dinged up. I reached out to customer service-- and they were stellar. I was frankly shocked-- you expect it to be a pain but it wasn't. One of the best and easiest experiences I have had with a company. Claire was kind and helpful!”
