“2 of the 4 cushions had dirt marks on them. The marks looked like someone had grabbed the cushions with dirty gloves. I thought it would be an easy clean off, but it required about a 1/2 hour of time. One stool had the pre-drilled holes not completely drilled so the screw will not seat properly. This causes that stool to be unbalanced. I had expected better.”

“This is two-part review; 1. NJ's Customer Service and 2. the product itself. For various resaons, we did not care for the bar stools and decided to return them. NJ's Customer Service were readily available to help, offered several alternatives (replacement parts, partial replacement, discounts, etc.), but, ultimately, accepted the returns, including shipping and processed a full refund. Rare in this day and age of fly-by-night on-line Sellers and endless loopholes when it comes to returns. For this reason alone, we would consider NJ products again. As far as the stools themselves, while they looked nice, we questioned their durabilty (both the frame and the fabric on the cushion). Two chairs also arrived with some damage (which NJ did offer to replace). The frame is held together with four very small screws at the foot rungs that seemed destined as a possible site of strutural failure. If you buy these stools, suggest you apply wood glue at these joints to help provide additional strength. The cushion fabric was not stretched tightly over the cushion which created folds in the top of the cushion when you sat in them. The fabric itself seemed rather thin and not particularly durable. These are the reasons which all conrtibuted to us returning them.”

“Let me start by saying I realised i ordered the wrong color about a day after placing the order. I contacted their customer service and learned it had just shipped but they went above and beyond to help me get the right stools (Cameron was who helped me), about a week or so later the right stools finaly arived, they were packed nicely, super easy to assemble and look beautiful. Unfortunately our kitchen is under renovation, otherwise I would share an image. Great quality, comfortable, attractive and outtanding sutomer service. I will definitely order from Nathan James again, these days ordering from online retailers (especially furniture) is a crap shoot, but this is definitely legit and I highly recommend!”
