“i ordered the side table which came damaged through home depot. I called Nathan James directly who sent me a replacement immediately and did not have to deal the hassle of returning the damaged item. A month later I received Godiva chocolate with an apology letter from the company. The chocolate came in ice and was nicely wrapped. Blown away. I have never had a customer service experience like this.”
