“It’s a cheaper feel than what I expected, but it’s sturdy after carefully getting it together. The directions include some humor, which is a nice touch; however, I’d prefer less emphasis on that and more on ensuring the directions are correct. Steps 5 and 6 repeated the same direction. You heavily rely on the pictures to assemble the table. One modification that would be fantastic would be the ability to open the door from either side. All that would entail is creating a few more holes on the other side of the door and middle shelf. Kind of silly this option isn’t provided given people generally use a side table on different sides of furniture.”

“If I could give this nightstand and the brand as a whole over 5 stars I would. My nightstand came in very fast but there was a small issue with one of the pieces. the customer service team was extremely helpful and friendly and fixed the problem immediately and sent out a replacement very fast. the team even followed up when the replacement was delivered to ensure everything was perfect. that in itself was extremely good customer service in my book, but the Nathan James team went above and beyond and even sent me a box of Ghirardelli chocolates to apologize for the inconvenience!! they have AMAZING customer service and great quality, beautiful pieces at a reasonable price. highly recommend!”

“The quality of the pieces are not satisfactory. The assembly of the unit uses pegs which do not hold up over time. The unit is also quite small. I would like to initiate a refund.”

“We love this nightstand! I bought it for our guest bedroom but it’s I’m thinking it’s too cute to keep closed up in there! It may end up being an end table in our living room! Amazing quality for the price!!!”

“This table is gorgeous, just as pictured! When I ordered the table my package was lost and went undelivered. I contacted the company and Claire was amazing!! She tried to track my package down and made sure that she took care off the issue efficiently. I’m very satisfied with the customer service and the side table 10/10.”
