“The first set was damaged and they were quick to send another to make it right. The second was damaged too but I I can put them together and make one good set. Lot of trouble for not packaging them better. Good customer service. The thing I don’t like is the finish is paper. Just not going to last long with lots of kids around. But it looks good. I’ve thought about putting some rock, back splash on the tops to give them a stronger top area. My husband suggested putting urethane paint over it. We will see”

“I was extremely pleased with the quality and look of these tables. I did notice a slight imperfection and when I called customer service it was rectified immediately to our satisfaction. I would definitely buy again if had the choice between these or similar products. Stunning addition to our makeover.”

“This is a beautiful coffee table and was exactly what I was looking for! The finish of the wood is quite nice and the table itself was easy to assemble. The most impressive part of this was Nathan James level of customer service! The table I ordered had a few minor scuffs and scratches, which of course is not ideal, however upon reaching out to customer service they sent me a new table which arrived in perfect condition! Now I have the perfect coffee table- but it doesn’t end there. Nathan James customer service then sent a little pack of chocolates to apologize for the inconvenience! This was unheard of to me, and what a pleasant surprise it was. All this to say, the table is great- the customer service even better. I would absolutely recommend!”
