“I first received the coffee table with a couple of scratchs on the top so I called customer service to start a return. Instead of doing that, I was just sent a brand new table! They were super friendly on the phone and made it right. They even sent me a box of chocolates a week or two later to apologize for what had happened! I would recommend this company to everyone.”
