“I bought this unit thinking the metal rods were round like pipes, they aren't but it still works and looks great. The unit is sturdy, hugs the wall and fits my decor. And it too just over an hour to put together. Not bad!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this company and the furniture. I now have three pieces of their beautiful furniture, and I love them all. Every time someone comes over they always comment on how good they look. But above all the customer service is outstanding. I had several communications with the team, and they were all very customer service oriented. They have exceeded my expectations by far!”

“The bookshelves look amazing, just like the photos. BUT, assembly was not easy and SHOULD REQUIRE you to call the Nathan James customer service line on the assemble booklet as STEP #1 since the instructions clearly have some errors that made assembling the shelves very frustrating. By contacting the customer service, they will send you a video on how to correctly assemble a certain drawer or item that causes everyone nightmares when assembling it. Outside of that, the shelves are so classy!”

“The Theo Ladder Bookcase 100% met my needs. It looks beautiful and high quality in the space I purchased it for, and is exactly as the online description described. It was easy to build and I loved the fun, positive instructions. The bookcase I purchased did come with one wrong part and the Nathan James customer support went above and beyond to make it right. “The Great: The shelf itself is gorgeous and looks just like the pictures. BEAUTIFUL, albeit a bit hard to put together (instructions are a bit vague). Aside from that, it's really a gorgeous piece and will fit well in any location. THE BAD: The shelf is too small at the top to be able to easily screw it into the wall so you have to come at it from a weird angle. I received a box with three missing pieces which was so disappointing. Although it was not a hassle for them to send me another shelf (they gave me no issue at all), it takes FOREVER for them to send anything and they were unable to expedite. I went ahead and bought a new one because the shelf is gorgerous itself and the label was created like three days ago and still hasnt shipped.”
