“ABSOLUTELY LOVE NATHAN JAMES. 1. The bookcases are beautiful and are very stylish 2. Easy to install 3. Customer service is AMAZING and this is where they went over and above, my product had shipping issues and they quickly and easily fixed the problem- were in communication the whole time so I knew what was going on…… and then they sent me chocolates to apologize for the inconvenience. Talk about a great company! 100% recommend”

“Love my Theo bookcase! Using as a lovely plant shelf. Would recommend making sure the shelves are planted flat against the wall before screwing in, definitely a two person install into the wall”

“Easy enough to put together, just need to be careful to not drop it bc once it’s put together it gets really heavy. But I love how it looks in the place. Very simply but with gold accents”

“The box arrived damaged. The shelf had a black mark that could not be removed. I reached out to Nathan James Customer Service/help and it’s been 2 weeks and I have not received an acknowledgement to any of my emails.”
