“The box arrived damaged. The shelf had a black mark that could not be removed. I reached out to Nathan James Customer Service/help and it’s been 2 weeks and I have not received an acknowledgement to any of my emails.”

“Great product for a reasonable price! I love this company…great directions…great packaging. I received it fast. So, so easy to put together. I recommend a power screwdriver with a hex but though…to make it even faster!”
