“This bookshelf looks really nice and is super solid. A lot of the individual wood pieces were a little worn around the edges, and it took almost 3 hours to put together, but overall we're very happy with it.”

“The bookshelf takes some time and patience to assemble, but for the price and materials (solid wood), it's a good deal. Looks great in my home office. Had a few issues with the original bookcase I ordered and their customer team was phenomenal. I called, then before anyone answered, I hung up becuase I decided email would be easier. A few hours later they called me back (I was shocked a company would care enough to call me back) and told me they would review my email and get back to me later that day... and then they did! I didn't think customer service like that still existed.”

“We love this shelf for our new home. Fits perfectly and looks great. We had a small issue with a piece of the shipment but customer service was top notch and made it right within minutes of me calling. Highly recommend to anyone especially if you are concerned buying a nice piece of furniture online!”

“This bookshelf system holds more than I bargained for. I bought three in total to make an entire storage system, which my 100 year old home badly lacked. The bookshelf gets drilled into the wall so it functions as a built in. It’s solid and not flimsy. I’ve received many compliments on the look and I love walking into the room and seeing a whole wall of these bookshelves.”

“We have 2 of these + 2 of the matching storage cabinets. We love it so much! It was time consuming to put together, but the instructions were very easy to follow. It's sturdy (anchors into the wall) and is so pretty! One of our shelves came with a manufacturing error so I reached out to customer service - they were so great to work with. And then on top of that, a few weeks later I received a little box of chocolates with a note apologizing for the mistake! That blew me away. Incredible customer service is hard to come by these days - I will absolutely be buying more from Nathan James in the future!”
