“My experience with Nathan James is nothing short of extraordinary. I was looking for a "statement" piece that would match the aesthetic of my massage studio. I somehow stumbled across the Nathan James website while searching under a generic term like "storage cabinet." I was in love immediately. I couldn't wait to get this piece. Through no fault of NJ, the shipping company somehow misdirected the delivery and when I contacted NJ about it, I was able to speak to a live representative (bonus points), who immediately put in an order with the warehouse to have another shipped ASAP. And, I received it a short time later. Assembly was pretty much pain-free (extra bonus points). Loved it so much that I purchased a second one. I am very happy with this purchase. Oh, and customer service - outstanding. Above and beyond. As a salve for my "troubles" (I acknowledge there are way bigger problems in the world than a misdirected furniture delivery), Nathan James had shipped to me a box of dry ice-packed Godiva chocolates. I mean, what company in today's world does that?! A company that will have this customer for life.”
