“This cabinet is just beautiful. It looks very accurately from what the pictures show and it's not too complix of a build. Also, I had a good customer service experience where one of my cabinet kits came with to left doors instead of a left and right. Therefore, I reached out and then quickly sent me a new kit.”

“This cabinet is beautiful and the customer service at Nathan James is top notch. This cabinet fit perfectly in my space, it was easy to assemble and looks just as pictured. I loved it so much i ordered another. Unfortunately they changed the design slightly and it didn’t match my current cabinet. I was able to return it with no issues, but I contacted customer service to see if they may have an older design in stock. They didn’t, but offered to send an extra cabinet once I ordered a second cabinet so I could have a matching set. They followed up several times throughout the delivery to let me know the status and make sure I received the cabinet and was happy with it. Not only did they send the free cabinet, they also sent a box of chocolates to apologize for the inconvenience. Truly the best customer service I have ever worked with! Thank you Nathan James! I will definitely be recommending this company to others and will return for other furniture options.”
