“First things first; Nathan James customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! I had an issue with one of the pre-drilled holes on my cabinet not being drilled out enough and I didn’t have an electric drill to fix it. They immediately shipped me out a WHOLE replacement cabinet (not just the part that was messed up) “, told me to take the piece I needed out of the replacement, and told me to keep or donate the extra cabinet. Not only did they swiftly resolve my issue, almost a month later a little box of chocolate showed up on my door with an apology note! I couldn’t believe my eyes! I have NEVER had a company go so far out of their way to not only resolve an issue for me but apologize with such a kind gesture! Thank you Nathan James and all the wonderful people you empower under your employment! The product itself is good quality for the price. It doesn’t have soft close doors, the cabinets don’t connect together and it isn’t solid wood or anything like that but you get a ton of bang for your buck when you consider size and quality compared to something you’d get on Amazon or Wayfair. If you’re on the fence, buy it. You won’t regret it.”

“Great piece, looks just like it does in the photos. I am pleased with the look, and it's functionality. The only downside is that it feels a bit wobbly - if I touch the sides, it will wiggle a bit, making the doors off (which visually is annoying, so I have to make sure they're lined up perfectly). Note that we are NOT using either a shelf or the back panel, so (while neither of these seem like they should be structural), perhaps there is a bit of wiggle without those. (And no, nothing is loose, assembly-wise.) We have a tv on top of it, a subwoofer inside and all the tv and associated cables inside, so the floor below is clean. Design-wise, it's quite nice.”

“Love the cabinets however the second cabinet was missing all of the drilled holes on one panel so my husband had to drill holes to install the shelf.”

“I usually don’t leave reviews… I have been searching for a reasonably priced cabinet for my TV and some xtra storage. I’ve looked everywhere. Tried these Black and Rattan cabinets and they did not disappoint. They were on back order and arrived earlier than originally promised. Directions were funny and easy . My biggest concern was that the rattan and beige trim would be too yellowy. These are perfect for my 65 inch Tv and great room. I have a new house to decorate and will not hesitate to shop at Nathan James!!”

“We purchased 3 of the black units and pushed them together under our 85 inch TV. They look amazing. The quality is great, and everyone says how nice and sleek they look. We left the legs off and applied thin soft pads so the units could sit on our wood floor. With the legs installed, there was only 1 inch of clearance between the top of the units and our TV. Removing the legs provided more clearance and looks much better. I would highly recommend these. We love the look.”
