“I received my cabinet and it had a scratch on the top right corner. I contacted customer service and they are the BEST to work with. I received a replacement cabinet and it is perfect. I would recommend them to everyone and will buy from them again! Thank you for such great service!!”

“I like the minimalistic design and aesthetic of the storage cabinet and it works well with the space I need it for. However, it was very difficult to put together and assemble. It took more than the allotted time on the user guide and aligning some big pieces was hard to do. I have multiple furniture pieces that I have ordered outside of Nathan James that I have been able to build myself or as a team of 2. This Nathan James cabinet was one of the more difficult ones. I would say it looks nice, exactly as shown in the pictures, but it is not worth the price and time needed to assemble the furniture.”

“I think the quality is good but I didn’t get far in assembling it because I wasn’t able to do it myself. When it came to attaching the frame to the sides, the particle board tore right off at all corners. You need at least 2 people for this job. I did receive a full refund.”
