“I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this company truly deserves one. When my credenza arrived, two of the three sections had some minor damage from shipping. I reached out to customer service, and they handled everything so kindly and professionally and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. What really touched me was what happened months later. Out of the blue, they sent me a small box of chocolates with a note thanking me for my patience during the replacement process. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. It meant a lot to see a company that genuinely cares about their customers. I’m very happy with the credenza and even happier with the way they treated me as a customer. I would absolutely recommend them.”
