“The console was tracked from the minute I purchased it until it arrived at our door. I was nervous purchasing from a Facebook Ad and a fairly unknown company, but had a wonderful experience. The instructions for assembly were okay, (could be a LITTLE BIT CLEARER) and required only an allen wrench and a screwdriver. My daughter and husband assembled it together within the time frame listed and were pleased with its strength. It looks great and is like the photo posted on the web site. A great experience overall and I would not hesitate to look at other items again. Thanks Nathan James!”

“I love this console! I had an issue with my delivery being stolen and the customer service team, specifically Cameron, were extremely helpful in making it a helpful and seamless experience replacing it. He was completely understanding of the situation and got me a replacement immediately. I had no problem the second time around and the media cabinet is beautiful! Fairly easy to set up and looks great in my space. Thank you Nathan James, you definitely have me as a loyal customer now.”

“This piece instantly elevated my entire living room! I've had a wider, lower media center for about a decade and I wanted an upgrade - this item absolutely delivered. It took about 90 minutes to assemble, and at least 20 minutes were from user error, having to redo certain steps becuase a piece was backward, for example. The height my tv is not at is PERFECT. The cabinets also fit a LOT in them, with the smooth magnetic push open/close keeping things looking sleek. I also realllly love the holes in the back of all three panels so cords can be more discreet and organized. This cabinet is really elegant, and I cannot believe the value for the price. Thank you!! (Small note - I THINK my 3 and 4 were mislabeled. SUPER easy to figure out if you pay attention to the image in the instructions, and the logic of the pieces! But just a head up).”
