“The instructions were easy to understand (and funny!) and the finished product looks great. The rattan is great quality and it gives me confidence to buy from Nathan James again.”

“The online instructions had a couple part numbers mixed up for the hardware, and the back panel arrived with a small crack/dent in it, but other than that it was as expected.”
