“Mixed opinions in my brain /and Nathan James logic on this tv media unit. Look it’s pretty and it’s sturdy, but bottom rail (you know what holds up the entire unit) was laughable. Look if you’re going to show pictures in your manual to go off of to attach and what I’m looking at is your crew in the warehouse couldn’t bother drilling holes on the appropriate side of the channel what the hell!! It’s cool I drove the appropriate holes. The hardware packs were either short or overkill on needed screws/fasteners. Please do a random drug test on your employees ASAP you’re losing money and now another customer for life. Cheers…”

“Ordered this cabinet for our living room and after we had it 90% assembled, we noticed we were sent 2 left doors instead of a left and right. I called Customer Support and was connected to a live person almost immediately! They were able to quickly pull up my order and ship a whole new cabinet that day since it was a manufacturing error - we didn't even have to repackage/return the old one. I was already impressed with the quality (now that it's fully assembled) and customer service, but then they went an extra step and sent a small box of chocolates to "thank me for my patience". Will definitely purchase from them in the future and recommend to family/friends!”
