“I am very unhappy with this boxspring and I'm in the process of requesting a refund. For two weeks the box spring off-gassed a horrific sawdust smell so I had to sleep in another room. When the smell finally dissapated (never went away completely) I started experiencing next-level pain while sleeping on it. I couldn't understand why my mattress felt like it was sinking on a brand new box spring. I had to seek medical help for the excruciating pain I was in and now I have bills for the prescriptions. This took a huge toll on my mental health as well. Finally I decided to inspect the box spring for flaws. When I lifted it onto its side I noticed that the main piece of wood that runs vertically down the middle is visibly BOWED. There is no way my 125 lb body caused this. It was obviously a defective product when delivered to me. I lost sleep, lost income from having to go to doctor's appointments and buy medications. and now I have to start all over again to find a decent foundation for my mattress which will cost me even more time and money. If I can't get a refund I may have to begin a lawsuit.”
