“Since I suffer from back and neck issues for a few years, I needed a firm mattress that doesn't sag over time. I have tried IKEA and Brick mattresses but they inevitably sag in a matter of months. This Beautyrest mattress seems to be of incredible quality and with about 1 month of use hasn't sagged at all. I am a side sleeper and this mattress is extremely comfortable to sleep on and hasn't caused any issues so far. Delivery was on time as promised and my sales rep (Ben) was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I love National Mattress' no commission model as they don't force you into getting more expensive mattresses. In fact, Ben, understood my pain concerns and recommended ones that were suitable for my posture and budget. In the 1 month of use, I haven't noticed any heat issues from the mattress. I am able to sleep comfortably throughout the night. One of the drawbacks with any firm mattress is the force it puts on your hands while sleeping on your side. To alleviate this, make sure to use an ergonomical pillow or a high raised pillow.”
