The Beautyrest BeautySleep 11.5" extra-firm tight top mattress is designed for back and stomach sleepers who prefer a flat, solid sleeping surface. It features a true extra-firm (10/10) pocket-coil construction, with 815 individually wrapped coils (in Queen size) that compress one by one to provide support exactly where needed. A slim 2" gel-foam comfort layer helps regulate temperature, while the mattress's tight top design ensures you sleep on top of the bed, not sunk in. “First I've met this mattress in 5 star hotel and felt so much difference in what I've used before at home and in any other places (hotels) that decided that I definitely will purchase it for my home. This mattress is really the best which we ever had. It's acting itself as a cure if you have a back pain or just need a rest. Quality of sleep became much better than it was before. It's worth every penny !”
