How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“I was extremely unhappy with my previous mattress, which lacked support and kept me too warm at night. Since getting the Beautyrest World Class, I've been sleeping much better. It keeps me cool and has just the right amount of bounce plus cushion. It's medium-firm with space to soften as it gets broken in, which gives me confidence that it's built to last. If this is your first 16" mattress, please be advised that it does make the bed quite high. I opted for a lower frame to accommodate this, and it's worked out great.”
