How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“I love the NM Charcoal Infused Pillow. Very "fluffy" and comfortable. Not fluffy in the sense that my head is held very high, but it's not flat like there is nothing there. This was the case with our old pillows, where basically there was no more "body". What I did notice, is that I get a very good nights sleep now. I never realized my old pillow was interrupting my sleep, or inhibiting my sleep. But with the new pillow, I have observed that I fall asleep much faster, and I basically sleep through the night much better! So, I love the pillow, as it is very comfotable for me. The pillow goes well with our new extra firm mattress, which is the way we like it. BTW, the next question is asking abou tthe firmness of the Mattress? Which is very firm, the way we like it. If it is asking about the pillow, I would say Medium to Firm. Not sure what the next question is relating to.”

“It's super soft and comfy. If you want something to elevate your neck, you need two. other than that, it's good”

“Although very soft and full, we don't find the pillow very supportive. We bought a few and will use them for guests.”
