“Unfortunately this will be the last time we purchase a mattress that is wrapped up. The mattress is not firm like we intended the bed to be. When we arrived at the location. I was expecting to have purchased a mattress that was already flat. I was told "this is how we supply our beds". I even asked to have the display ones because I was skeptical. We purchased this new bed because my wife is pregnant and needed a better nights sleep. In many spots on the bed there are depression area's that are soft while trying to get comfortable. We will soon get another bed that is more comfortable.”
