“I order the extra firm and it's definitely not extra firm. Where I sleep it makes a dip. So disappointed.”

“I really like this mattress. It is super comfortable. I would agree with other reviews and say this is more of a firm but it is exactly what I wanted. I'm comfortable sleeping in all positions and have been sleeping a lot more than usual since I got it.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“I didn’t find the mattress to be extra firm, but my guess is, that’s the maximum firmness a hybrid mattress can provide. Otherwise, it is a solid mattress with absolutely no smell. There was a defect in mine (which wasn’t visible before it expanded) and I received manufacturer refund with the help of the very helpful and accommodating people at National Mattress. It was a seamless and easy process to get a replacement overall.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“The mattress is comfortable and we're very happy with it. It's great at not transferring movement when one of us rolls over or gets out of bed. In my opinion I would rate it as Firm rather than Extra Firm, but it's still a great mattress.”
