How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Plush

“Sold as firm, but it is plush, you sink into it quite a lot, it has absolutely zero firmness, it feels like sleeping on a plush pillow. It is supposed to have firmer edges as it is hybrid, no sign of this either. I bought this online, so it may have been a defective item, but I doubt it. Dealing with this seller has been a nightmare, do not buy online from this seller!”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“National Mattress is a great company with great service but this is a very poor quality product. My family regrets purchasing this mattress, it is poor quality foam. The Chirofoam Hybrid Firm mattress is surprisingly very soft even though it is sold as "Firm", so soft that within a month both mattresses I got have developed multiple slumps. Both my dad and I are experiencing back pain, I didn't even have back pain before. We've placed blankets on top in the center to add cushioning, it's that bad. I was considering the extra firm version before purchase but decided maybe it'll be too firm so we got the firm instead. Big mistake. I took a risk with this brand and I wish I could return them both. I was excited and had high expectations before purchase but now we feel like we wasted our money. The only pros I can say is the material is comfortable but you'll wake up with a strained spine. The mattress itself doesn't have any label on it that says it's the firm one I ordered. Seeing that National has a no exchange/refund policy, it is unlikely I will be making future purchases from here.”
