“Our mattress have a slope at the end. The corners of the mattress didn’t expand and remain saggy even after three weeks. We received a defect product and is still waiting for manufacturer to provide a solution. So far it’s been three weeks and no solutions yet. Please beware if you need to buy this mattress, seems like the product have issue. National Mattress is helping to claim manufacturer warranty but no solutions yet. We have to deal with a defect mattress for three weeks and it’s a nightmare as we have a 1 year old at home and she like to climb to the mattress. The mattress is causing safety issue because it have a slope at the end. She almost fell and hit her head when climbing the slope. The firmness is okay but the manufacturer should do something about quality control. Please reconsider if you need to buy this mattress.”
