“We originally bought an extra firm king mattress which was not foldable. But we were unable to move it to the bedroom upstairs due to the narrow stairs. Then we requested an exchange to a different foldable extra firm King mattress from National Mattress. The staff helped to arrange the exchange quickly with no pickup (old mattress) or delivery (new mattress) charge. The new mattress is really comfortable. Definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs a mattress.”

“This mattress completely resolved my back issues. It is extremely firm, so be ready to add a topper if you need some cushioning. Definitely not for side sleepers as you will wake up with a sore shoulder/develop shoulder problems. Personally I fall asleep on my side, but turn on to my back soon thereafter and stay there for the night.”

“Mattress is a bit too firm so we are getting a topper to soften, we hope, the extra firmness. Actually too soon to tell, but it is better than the too soft one we has”
