How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“The mattress is a great quality mattress. We love that it is organic materials and no off gassing. It smells fresh and ready to sleep on. After 2 weeks of trying it out we find that it is a bit too soft for our preference. We are looking to exchange to the 10" firm model. The 100 day exchange process has been very great so far.”
