“Service and delivery was excellent by NM. The mattress was roll packed and as a result one corner of the mattress didn't expand properly feels like a bit of a dent. Not noticible after bed covers were put on. The mattress is slightly firmer than expected but worked out well for us. Absolutely no odor or off gasses (VOC) noticed after unpacking that is one of the main reasons to buy a certified organic mattress. Not the prettiest to look at lol but it is functional and hope it lasts. We are combination sleepers and no issues there. I weigh 208 lbs and the wife 130lbs and there is no sagging of the mattress. No noise and motion transfer is minimal for now. Body temperature is regulated well when sleeping on the mattress.”

“Mattress decompressed in about 10 hours and was immediately comfortable. Motion transfer between people is pretty minimal. The reduction in motion from my 4 year old jumping on the mattress is highly noticable. It's extremely comfortable and the latex has helped make the mattress feel cooler thus far into spring. It is slightly firmer than most mediums, and it does feel like you're sleeping 'on-top' of the mattress rather than 'in' the mattress. Would highly reccomend as a side sleeper and sometimes stomach sleeper.”

“The mattress is a great quality mattress. We love that it is organic materials and no off gassing. It smells fresh and ready to sleep on. After 2 weeks of trying it out we find that it is a bit too soft for our preference. We are looking to exchange to the 10" firm model. The 100 day exchange process has been very great so far.”
