How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“The mattress is very comfortable and supportive- however I am feeling like it is really hot - every night since switching to this mattress I wake up really hot in the middle of the night. So despite being comfortable I am not getting great sleeps due to its tendancy to hold heat. Also I find the mattress is firm and comfortable, but I am already noticing a divot forming where I sleep and It has only been one month. This is a bit concerning.”

“There was a terrible smell from the bag once opened. I am not convinced its 100% organic. The return policy doesn’t include opened bags so now I am stuck with these mattresses which may be releasing toxic fumes. Disappointed.”
